When will EasySecretary AI be available?
It is in active development and there is no announced launch date. The next step is a limited early access release for service businesses. Request early access above and we’ll email you when invitations open.
How much will it cost?
Pricing has not been defined yet, and we won’t publish prices until they are final. Early access members will be told the pricing first, before any public announcement — requesting access costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
What languages will it speak?
The assistant is being developed bilingually, in English and Spanish, so callers can be served in the language they’re most comfortable with.
How does early access work?
Submit the request form on this page. You are only registered after the server confirms your request — the form says so explicitly when that happens. If the registration system isn’t active yet, the form offers a clearly labeled option to send your request by email to support@easysecretaryai.com instead; email alone does not register you automatically. When invitations open, we’ll contact registered requests first, with what’s included and how onboarding works.
Which businesses is it for?
Small U.S. service businesses that book work by phone — pool service, plumbing, painting, electrical, handyman, HVAC, cleaning, landscaping, and similar trades. Each business will have its own schedule, team, and rules.
Will it replace my office staff?
No — it’s being designed as an assistant, not a replacement. It answers, books, and organizes following your rules, flags urgent matters for a human, and never invents prices or promises. Your team keeps judgment; the assistant keeps the phone covered.
Does this website collect my information?
Only if you submit the early-access form and the server confirms your registration. In that case we collect your name, business name (if provided), email, type of business, your consent, and the submission time — solely to manage early access and send launch updates with your consent. You can withdraw consent or ask us to delete your details at any time by emailing support@easysecretaryai.com. See our Privacy Policy for full details, including deletion and withdrawal of consent.
